By placing an order while our shop is open full-time, you acknowledge that your cup may remain in the production LIVE lineup (if chosen) for up to 6 weeks before it is completed and shipped. If you do not wish to be on the live lineup please email me If you leave custom instructions in the notes and request for your cup to be made off-live or you are not available, please note that there are no refunds if you are unhappy with your cup. Once your cup is made THEN the 2 weeks processing time is in place.

Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

To start a return, please email customer service. 

YOU CAN NOT RETURN ITEM IF IT WAS A CUSTOM CUP OR if item was placed on sale or during a sale period.

Items are not able to be cancelled once processed. Orders can be canceled within one hour of purchase.

FOR CLOTHING: You will be Refunded through store credit only with your shipping cost deducted. 
YOU will 
have to pay for the shipping cost for a return. Once returned it will be credited. (ONLY items that are not custom apply)

All returns must be shipped back within 20 days from delivery date or your item(s) can not be exchanged or credited. Shipping labels will be purchased at buyers expense. Returns will not be accepted without tags, damages, odor, or markings. Cannot be washed prior to return.

LAV AND MAE is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged packages OR damaged cups once your package is scanned by the mail carrier. All tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order. If a package is lost, please file a claim with the mail carrier. 
If the customer has failed to enter the correct address or leave it incomplete, you will NOT receive a refund. 

Are any purchases final sale?

We are only unable to accept returns on custom items.

When will I get my order?

If order was A CUSTOM CUP, ALLOW 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP AFTER IS HAS BEEN MADE.

if you chose to be on the live lineup, it may take lower to ship. 

For clothing PLEASE allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped, tracking will be emailed to you once shipping label has been created.

CUP Orders placed during a sale period allow up to 25 business days for your order to be shipped.

If order was A CUSTOM CUP, ALLOW 10- 20 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP AFTER IT IS MADE. 

FOR LIVE LINEUP: if you choose to have you cup made on live, your cup make take up to a month to ship out. This is all part of production and your placement. 

A small air bubble is necessary in snow globe cups to prevent pressure build-up during shipping. This is completely normal and keeps your cup safe! 

For kids cups: Most wraps don’t fit around the cups perfectly so we do hand place a small section of the wrap, it may also be overlapping in some areas OR the space will be blank if part of the wrap wouldn’t fit. 

When your snow globe cup arrives, shake it!! The glitter will settle during transit. For honey flow, tilt it back and forth to mix the glitters!
